The challenge
The brand wanted to be on quick-commerce platforms quickly but had no experience with vendor onboarding, dark-store inventory or on-platform ads. Earlier attempts stalled in approvals, and the few live products were frequently out of stock.
What we did
The approach, step by step.
- 01
Onboard on three platforms
We handled vendor registration, documents and catalogue approvals in parallel, with content and pack shots that met each platform's standards, so all three went live within a month.
- 02
Plan stock city by city
We mapped demand to dark stores, set replenishment alerts and built a weekly stock plan so top SKUs stayed available in the cities that mattered.
- 03
Run on-platform ads
Search and banner campaigns were launched with a ROAS target per city, and budgets moved weekly toward what converted.
- 04
Review and expand
Weekly dashboards showed sales, availability and ad return by city, which guided the move from 3 to 8 cities.
The results
Growth over the engagement

The brand reached 8 cities with high availability and a steady monthly sales ramp. Ads were tied to return targets, and the team now has a weekly rhythm for stock, offers and expansion.
Fast onboarding and a team that actually owns outcomes. We went from zero to eight cities in a few months.
